ATC Moms (and Dads) with Babies

This class is designed for new moms to get moving again in a way that is safe and promotes healthy healing. You will have fun sweating along side other moms with their babies too as we focus on rebuilding strength and regaining cardiovascular capacity. All levels of fitness will be accommodated and all kinds of equipment will be incorporated such as TRX, dumbells, ropes, medicine balls, body weight and some times even our babies.

We also include a complimentary body composition measurement at the start, middle and end of the program so that you can track your progress. We will give nutrition guidance along the way. You will be amazed at how wonderful you will feel on this program.

About your trainer:

Angela Jackson has been leading postnatal women to optimal health safely and effectively for nearly 7 years. She is a mother of two and is no stranger to the challenges that postnatal women face and believes that you too can be stronger than ever post pregnancy.

Who is this class for: Moms (or Dads) with babies who are not yet walking and have clearance to start exercising again from their healthcare provider.




Dates & times: 8 week series, Tuesday's and Thursday's 10:30am to 11:30am January 10th, 2017 - March 2nd, 2017

Next 8 week series begins Tuesday, March 21st, 2017 - Thursday, May 11th *START ANY TIME DURING THE SERIES AND PAY A PRORATED AMOUNT*

Cost: $200 + HST

What's included: 16 one hour sessions with a trainer, 3 body composition measurements, nutritional guidance.

What you will need to bring:

  • Indoor running shoes (not outdoor shoes are allowed on the gym floor)
  • a chair (car bucket seat) or blanket for baby as well as any toys to entertain
  • reusable water bottle
  • baby carrier is optional
