Ryan "Hammer", Strength & Conditioning Coach
Ryan has been a coach at the ATC since 2012. Prior to that he was a client. Ryan is a legend at the ATC for the insane limits he pushes himself through in his own private workouts. He expects the same commitment from the young athletes he coaches.
- 2011 - 2014 – Scout for Wilfrid Laurier University and the Nanaimo Clipper (BCHL). Member of the Wilfrid Laurier University hockey team
- 2007 – 2011 – Jr. A hockey player Grande Prairie Storm of the Alberta Junior Hockey League. Ryan was an assistant captain in his last season
